FREC Course I Success Kit: The FREC Course I Success Kit provides a Learner with course materials to permit a combination of online and offline study - creates the optimum self-paced learning environment. The Success Kit includes the 63 Hour Pre-License Classroom Textbook and the unique Online Learner Workbook (OLW). The OLW is an optional companion course to the state required FREC Course I mentioned above that contains supplemental T/F questions, multiple choice questions and vocabulary exercises.

State Exam Cram Course: The State Exam Cram Course is designed to build Learner Knowledge and Computer Test Taking Skill. $39 - FREC Course I Success Kit
The FREC Course I Success Kit includes information usually provided to a learner by a classroom instructor. The Course I Success Kit contains two (2) study essentials:

SAPL-1 Pre-License Classroom Textbook: The classroom textbook is an important reference tool and it is provided in PDF file format so a learner can save, print and easily locate specific real estate information while studying offline. In text content, this textbook is mirror to the online course and it enables a Learner to find important information easily and quickly. In addition, the textbook contains Answer Keys for Practice Examinations along with Mathematic Problem Solutions.

Online Learner Workbook (OLW): The OLW is designed to assist a Learner to maximize retention of the most critically important Real Estate Topics. This workbook provides a comprehensive overview for each lesson in FREC Course I along with approximately 1200 questions, vocabulary matching exercises, a Mathematics Review Section and a Conceptual Course Review Study Guide.
The FREC Course I Success Kit is a unique learning tool and it is designed to assure a Learner's success in FREC Course I and beyond. A vitally important section of the OLW is entitled the Conceptual Course Review. This Study Guide highlights the 100 most important real estate subject topics necessary to assure success on the FREC Course I End-of-Course Examination.

$99 - Mutual Recognition License Course
The Mutual Recognition License Course is designed to prepare a current Real Estate Licensee from a "Mutually Recognized State" (Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Tennessee) to sit for the Florida Mutual Recognition Real Estate Licensure Examination.
Each of these states has negotiated a Mutual Recognition Agreement with Florida to provide for the qualifying and obtaining of an equivalent type Florida Real Estate License by licensed Nonresident Brokers or Sales Associates living in one of these named states. To receive a Florida Real Estate License by mutual recognition, a currently licensed out-of-state broker or sales associate (nonresident of Florida) from one of the named states must successfully complete an examination specific to Florida Real Estate Law statutes and administrative rules.
The Florida Real Estate Law Examination consists of forty (40) questions with each question valued at one (1) point. An applicant scoring thirty (30) points or higher is deemed to have successfully completed the Florida examination requirement for nonresident licensure. Each Nonresident Broker or Sales Associate also must meet qualifications specified within the applicable Mutual Recognition Agreement.
The Mutual Recognition License Course uses an online - Test, Review and Learn - design that provides Correct Answers and Question Feedback so a Learner doesn't waste time looking up relevant course information. In addition, the Mutual Recognition License Course includes a 50 Question Simulated Licensing Examination, which features question format and content similar to the State Licensing Examination. Consequently, a Learner becomes acquainted with the type of questions likely to be encountered.
